Coni Neuromuscular Therapy

Assessment

During your initial visit, we conduct a comprehensive assessment that includes a detailed medical history, a thorough postural analysis, evaluation of your range of motion, and precise palpation of various muscle groups. Additionally, we establish your therapy goals and determine the optimal frequency of sessions based on your specific needs.

During the second session, the therapist will review the customized therapy plan she has developed to help you progress towards your goals. She will discuss the specific strategies and treatments outlined in the plan, ensuring that you fully understand and are comfortable with the proposed approach.

Progress

You will notice progress from the initial visit as the therapist skillfully palpates and works on your muscles. After the second session, you will experience a significant difference in how your body feels, especially regarding pain relief. Before every session, the therapist conducts a progress evaluation to ensure you are moving in the right direction and to adjust the therapy plan as needed.

Areas We Have Treated

Head & Neck

Trigger points in these areas can lead to issues such as ear pain, eye discomfort, throat irritation, and tension-like headaches, among other symptoms.

Shoulder & Arm

We successfully treat conditions like rotator cuff, epicondylitis and carpal tunnel syndrome by releasing myofascial trigger points and muscle tightness.

Back & Abdomen

The primary reason people often resort to pain medication and medical treatments without finding relief is due to muscle tightness in these areas.

Hip

When working on your hip, we release all the muscles responsible for flexion, extension, and side bending to improve your mobility and relieve discomfort.

Legs

The thigh and lower leg comprise 38 skeletal muscles, most doctors fail to consider this fact. At NMT we work all these muscles to provide pain relief.

Calves & Feet

For many years, we have successfully treated pain in these areas, with all of our clients experiencing significant long-term improvements.
