COMPENSATION
When our body mechanics are altered by muscle tightness, poor posture, repetitive movements, incorrect lifting techniques, injury, post-surgery recovery, pain, fatigue, or strain, the body compensates with other muscle groups to maintain balance and function. This compensation often leads to overuse or misuse of certain muscles and joints, increasing pain and discomfort. Over time, these compensations can cause serious issues, such as chronic pain, joint degeneration, and decreased overall mobility.
